Locarno. Primary schools.
On the occasion of the centenary of the Locarno Treaties, Let’s Make a Pact? is a theatre-based educational project dedicated to primary school pupils in Locarno and the surrounding region. Through a storytelling performance and a hands-on theatre workshop, children are invited to explore the themes of peace and war using a creative and emotional approach.
The theatrical tale, which draws inspiration from literary texts and historical documents, builds a bridge between past and present, sparking imagination and critical awareness. Created by Katya Troise and Matteo Casoni of the Associazione Scintille , the project blends art, pedagogy, and historical memory into a captivating journey within regular school hours.
This initiative offers a unique opportunity to bring younger generations closer to history through the universal language of theatre.
